PASTA NOSTRA- FUSILLI POMODORO & MOZZARELLA (TOMATO & MOZZARELLA)

Ingredients: Pasta 68.6% (durum wheat semolina, water), tomato 12.6%, whey, potato starch, processed cheese powder 2.9% (Mozzarella cheese 94%, whey powder and emulsifying salt E331 6%), cream, salt, sugar, onion, natural flavouring, garlic, basil, parsley, oregano. May contain eggs, soybeans, nuts, mustard.

Pasta Nostra is pressed through a bronze mould, called a die, then air-dried slowly to create our characteristic fusilli pasta texture that soaks up every last drop of sauce from each one of our recipes.

And we never us a smooth die, which extrudes a smooth and shiny pasta, which will never stick to the sauce. This would be a cheaper option, but we choose not to do it.

We use 100% premium Italian semolina for our pasta.
