PASTA NOSTRA – FUSILLI CACIO E PEPE (CHEESE & PEPPER)
Ingredients: Pasta 71.4% (durum wheat semolina, water), grated cheese (milk, salt, rennet) 8.6%, whey, potato starch, yeast extract, salt, natural flavourings, garlic, black pepper 0.2%. May contain eggs, soybeans, nuts, mustard.

Pasta Nostra is pressed through a bronze mould, called a die, then air-dried slowly to create our characteristic fusilli pasta texture that soaks up every last drop of sauce from each one of our recipes.
And we never us a smooth die, which extrudes a smooth and shiny pasta, which will never stick to the sauce. This would be a cheaper option, but we choose not to do it.
We use 100% premium Italian semolina for our pasta.

Most of the pasta pots available to you are (sorry to say), of poor nutritional quality, and are essentially ‘stringy pasta’ or ‘noodley-stuff’, alongside an artificially flavoured sauce. Mama Mia – shocking! It’s all made-up pasta!
Our pasta is real fusilli pasta grown in Italy, good enough for the plate, now available to you in a pot.
